Delivery Information

Order fulfilment: 

We aim to pack and ship orders within one / two working days. 

UK shipping:

If you need your kit sooner, please use our express next day delivery service. (Note: Express delivery orders must be received by 12:00pm / midnight the day before as our Carrier collects daily at 10:30am) Simply provide your delivery address when ordering online, making sure someone can accept and sign for your parcel at this destination. Using your work address is usually a good idea. 

**Unfortunately, we can't deliver on Weekends **

International shipping:

We ship orders all over the world. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on location of delivery address. A contact telephone number will also be required. 

International orders may be subject to import duties, depending on country. All import duties are the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be made in the event of unpaid import duties. 

Packing

We send all our smaller parcels out in fully recycled or 100% compostable mailing bags and use Royal Mail, DHL & UPS couriers to dispatch them for us. Bodyboards are packaged snugly in our specially designed Recycled Eco-Friendly Bodyboard-Depot boxes so they are delivered safe and sound.
