Hi Iain, a very warm welcome to the BBD rider team. What attracted you to BBD?  I have seen the BBD team pop up on my feed a number of times. I went in to see what they were doing as a brand and I saw a very professional approach, which I really liked. The team is made up from some different riders from around the world and I really wanted to be part of it. They are all really passionate bodyboarders and that is what I want to align myself with.    We gather that your planned trip to Hawaii...

Bodyboard-Depot Team Rider Matt Sharman takes us through a basic strength and conditioning circuit for bodyboarding. Notes for the workout: 1. Perform each exercise in order 2. Complete 3-5 rounds 3. Take 1-2 minutes rest between rounds 4. Maintain good form throughout 5. Lighten load if too much i.e. knee press ups instead of full press ups 6. Could you tell us a bit about yourself please?  Thanks for having me, it’s good to be working with like minded people. In terms of bodyboarding, I am a dropknee rider, I help the IBC with press/media and I am the digital editor for Movement magazine. The bills are paid via my role as a digital designer. I am a husband, a dad to two boys, have one dog and three cats. I like horror, dark art, punk rock.
